Return Policy

You can return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (where applicable).

To start a return, email us at Tailoviastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. After we review and approve your request, we’ll share the return shipping address and next steps.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the buyer pays the return postage.

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customisation. Any specific restrictions will be mentioned on the product page.
